This page explains how MDX ("MDX", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit https://mdx.so (the "Service") or contact us.
We use your personal information only to respond to you, to follow up on your request, to run the calls you book and to improve and measure the Service, as described below. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
When you use our contact form, project quiz or scheduling tool, we collect the information you choose to submit, which may include:
We use the information you give us only to:
We do not use your information for any other purpose, we do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists, and we do not sell your personal information.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, the page that referred you and campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm tags or ad click identifiers).
Cookies are small data files, which may include an anonymous unique identifier, stored on your device by your browser. We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to measure how the Service is used and how our advertising performs:
When you submit a form or book a call, we may also send that event to Meta and TikTok from our servers (Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API) so they can measure our ads. These server events can include your email address, telephone number and first name in hashed (SHA-256) form, together with your IP address, browser user agent and the page URL. We do not send the content of your message.
You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta, TikTok and Google account settings. If you refuse cookies, some portions of our Service may not work as intended.
We use third party companies to operate the Service and to handle your requests on our behalf, including:
These providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks for us. We do not sell your personal information.
Giving us your phone number does not sign you up for texts. MDX texts you only if you expressly agree by ticking the optional SMS box next to the phone field on our contact form, project quiz or booking form. The box is never ticked for you, and you can send your request or book a call without ticking it.
MDX sends text messages only about your own request, never marketing. If you tick the SMS box, you may receive:
Message frequency varies: at most 3 texts per booked call, plus that one text if our email cannot reach you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop receiving them; after that we send no more texts to that number. For help, write to hello@mdx.so. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
When you tick the box, we keep a record of your phone number, the date and time (in UTC), the page where you agreed, the exact wording you accepted and whether your consent is active or withdrawn. Before every text we check that your consent is still active and that your number has not opted out. Replying STOP withdraws your consent and also cancels any reminders or follow-up still waiting to be sent. If we ever wanted to send promotional texts, we would ask for a separate consent first.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to hello@mdx.so. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the date at the top.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at hello@mdx.so.
